Unfinished basement is not included in SF
A finished basement is included as a 2nd or 3rd floor.

2) AGE DIFFERNTIAL (Years Old): (26-60) +$25, (61-99) +$75, (100+) +$100
3) Outbuildings: 12¢/Sf
4) Fencing Around Immediate Yard of Main Dwelling: 6¢/Ft
5) Pre-Drywall return visits or any re-inspection: $50 to $350
depending upon scope & travel distance

(Retest or test continuation due to interference may incur additional charges)

Total Coliform: $115 (total Coliform is generally required in real estate transactions)
Fecal Coliform: $115
Presence/Absence of Coliform: $115
Nitrates & Nitrites: $115 (for both)
Heavy Metals: $60 + $30 each metal
(You may combine any of the above tests and save!)
Comprehensive Water Quality Package: pH, Alkalinity, Hardness, Chloride, Conductivity, Nitrate, Nitrite, Lead, Copper, Iron, Manganese, Bacteria: $290
(48 hour lab turn around time)
